So I'm looking for a few pokemon to expand my collection:Timid, Naive, Rash, or Azelf(I'll shell out a lot for it), Shiny Mareep, Shiny Elekid, Shiny Ekans, Shiny Kangaskhan, Shiny Miltank, or any event pokemon I don't have. In return I have the following shiny pokemon up for trade:

Pelipper

What event is it from? The OT or trainer ID should give you some idea of what event it's from.

dont know- im not sure the event pokemon was meant to have the classic ribbon anyway. could be wrong
EDIT- the pokemon SHOULD NOT have a classic ribbon and it fits every criteria. im checking the IVs now
EDIT2- IVs are ALL 31- disregard the dragonite
EDIT3- i forgot the level!!!!!! the ivs are not brilliant but its an event pokemon

The She's Timid, with the Water Absorb ability. I don't know it's IVs, but I'm pretty sure there are no 31's in any IV. I'd love the Deoxys for it.
