Ok ive been asked a couple of times how do you figure out the ivs from the stats. Each time i reply with the same pm, and its a boring 1 to write. So im writing 1 definate guide if you want to call it that.

Step By Step

1- Have an battle at lv 100 ith someone.
2- Write down the stats in a table.
3- Go to serebii.net or your favoured iv calculater
4- Input Lv 100 on the level area.
5- Input the stats in the stat area.
6- Put the nature on.
7- Click Calculate
8- Now check the Individual Values area, and copy them down.
9-Chose the best pokemon and breed it or train it.

Hope this helps.

Also just adding if your testing an ev trained pokemon, input the evs if you no them. Or it will be highly inaccurate in place.

Nice, I have got PMs a few times about using the IV Calculator. I never thought of it to be much of an issue, but this should fix that. Also should mention if you are testing old Pokemon or any Pokemon you battled with, you will need to know the EVs so the IVs are accurate. I always removed all the EVs with berries, unless I already trained their EVs, in this case I know what the EVs are and can add that into the calculator.

Nice writeup slizer, I would give you rep points, but I just gave you some and I have to spread them around before I can give you more.

The chances of ahving 31 in all stats is near imposible 0.01 chance.

What level is your Dratini? If it has any EVs on it then it will show at all 31 IVs if you never entered the EVs into the calculator.

Also the chance to hatch and egg with all 31 IVs, with the parents having all 31 IVs as well, is a probability of 0.0020%, or 1 in 59,916 eggs

Very nice Slizer :) I would like to add one thing ;) I prefer Buzz's calculator over serebii. It's just easier for me :)
For those who don't know this, Buzz has a place where you can use the calculator, and find info on IV's and EV's. I have it bookmarked as a fav :)
I'd put a "click here", but I don't know how to do it......(I know, dense) :)

Not to move the subject from this guide, but my calculator is the same one that Serebii uses. I got mine directly from the site the guy who created the calculator runs. Mine I think is a bit easier since there are no ads, no images, or anything else that slows the calculator down.
