Well for me it would depend if the pachirisu had Pick Up - Pick Up is worth more to me than Run Away, although I have my own shiny Pick Uppy Pachirisu already.

Shiny Pachirisu is chainable, UU, has low base stats except for Spd., and in your case, already touched. So it's definitely not worth as much as other hard-to-get shinies.

Shiny Dialga sounds sweet, but be sure to check if it's legit first. PokeFarm doesn't like hacks.

And lol, just being honest here. Don't get your hopes up with that shiny Lugia. Just getting a regular one is hard enough to get.
