Farmer On the Dell - April Fools Treat

For April Fools this year, Farmer on the Dell presented Luvdisc as its offered pokemon. Luvdisc is a cool pokemon and all but not much of a battler.

So what I did in my spare time, was bred a real good pokemon to go along with your picked up luvdiscs. Not only was I able to breed them with good IVs where they counted, I also took the time to EV train all of them for you as well. So if you picked up/reserved a Luvdisc, you are also eligible to obtain a Jolly Chimchar/Monferno.

All chimchars (all are monferno from the EV training leveling them up) are of the Jolly nature. All will have a 31 IV in speed and 5 of the 8 will have a 30 for attack. All have been trained with the following EV set to maximize their effectiveness as a physical sweeper: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP. Also, 3 of you lucky folks will get even luckier since I have 3 female Jolly chimchars in this group as well.

The move set for this poke is as follows:

Mach Punch (can replace with Close Combat once evolved)
Thunder Punch
Fire Punch
U-Turn

These pokes are named after types of monkeys and you can choose one from below:

Langur - Cleon*
Uakari - Pizzaglove*
Tamarin - Kay
Guenon
Barbary-Viscosity*
Saki - Guilo*
Woolly
Capuchin - Slizer*

Feel free to post your pick in this thread so we all know which ones are already taken. I will not take any requests for extras. The extra two chimchars will go for another event at some other time. :)

Aw, that's very sweet! I knew Luvdisc wasn't a battler but I like them and loved the names so I got one. Didn't even think about April Fool's, just thought it was spreading the love :)

I'm trying to figure out which 5 might have a 30 in attack :-P Oh well, I guess I will pick one of the monkeys that I actually recognize... I'll go with Tamarin :)

Yup, only those that picked up Luvdisc are eligible.

This will be part of the luck of the draw. I know the other ones that aren't 30 are 27s and 29s. So they wills till be good IVs in the attack department.

Yeah Luvdisc was going to be bred for the worst IVs possible for April Fools but that was even harder than trying to get good stats! So I figured I would do the IV/EV trained guys instead. Just something fun for me to do for you guy/gals!

I was going to try and breed for the lowest possible IVs too for April Fools, but time became an issue and I didn't even get a single event out :( You're right, breeding for low IVs is harder than breeding for high.
