Thank you for tuning-in to Viscous Conservatory! Here at the Viscous Conservatory, we pride ourselves on studying and authenticating the history and evolution of species under the genus Monstrum-pokete, otherwise known as Pokemon. We hope that you will join us in our journey in discovering the secrets and truths behind many legends of Pokemon.

Today we're back on Route 222 to celebrate the hatching of the Remoraid! As you might recall from a previous episode, we invited viewers to take part in local tradition of fishing for the largest Remoraid. This time of year, the weather in Sinnoh warms up dramatically. With a plethera of food available, many newly hatched Remoraid begin foraging and moving away from the freshwaters of the delta, back into the oceans to join their parents. As with last season, we invite fishermen from all over the world to prove their skill, except this time the goal is... to catch the SMALLEST Remoraid!

Last year, the winning Remoraid was measured well under 15 inches. What a tiny baby that must have been! This season's contest is scheduled to run from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, April 13. As always, we invite all Viscous Conservatory viewers to come by and enjoy the festivities and to take part in the Remoraid Fishing Contest!

UPDATE:
April 13th marks the end of the festivities here on Route 222 and Viscous Conservatory is proud to announce the winners of this season's Remoraid Fishing Contest! Winners of the contest will be contacted to pick out and pick up their fantastic prizes. This season, fishermen from around the globe were able to catch an amazing collection of Remoraid. Now let's see how they did...

Thank you everyone for signing up! I hope you're having fun fishing. There have been concerns that a few members have posed to me and I wanted to get a general feeling of what's going on.

Is it getting too difficult to find a Remoraid under 15 inches?

If enough people are having trouble, I'll bump up the limit. :)

S Tailor

no you can get them under. every 15 fish or so i get a decent one

***Oh Viscosity, does it have to be caught on route 222, or can it be from any area so long as it was caught on the dates you specified? Thanks!***

@artlizard: Good question! The Remoraid can be caught anywhere, but Route 222 might be easier since it's right next to the fisherman's house.

O.K. this is bad, but how do I tell the size of my Remoraid? I looked at all the info and I see nothing about size or weight.

Oh wait just saw a post, you have to have the fisherman tell you the size and then report to you and trade it for testing?

Talk to the fishermen in the last house on Route 222. He will tell you the size of your Remoraid...plus if it's the biggest he has seen he will give you a Net Ball! :D

Yep! :) The length won't change when you trade it, so we will need to trade in order for it to count as a submission. Just be sure not to post the length on this thread.
