Frosslass or Gallade

I am asking for opinions. I only have one dawn stone and a dilemma, evolve my female snorunt or my male kirlia. What would you do?

I have my linoone in my party as we speak. It has pick up. I get lots of revives and escape ropes. So far, no stones. Where would one look for dawn stones?

Mt. Coronet only has 1 Dawn Stone. Your best bet is to get a Pokemon with Pick Up ability and get them to level 31+. Level 31 is when your Pokemon can start having a 1% chance to pick it up. At level 100 I believe you have a 10% chance for pick up. You can fight anywhere and fight anything for Pick Up to work(besides Battle Tower).

at level 91-100 you can pick up the holy grail earthquake tms! however, training my linoone to lv 91 is a task beyond daunting =(

When using Pickup, your location doesn't matter, what does matter is the level of the Pokemon with Pickup. If you're using Pickup, the Pokemon needs to be at least level 51 to be able to find a Dawnstone, and even then it's only a 4% chance of finding one until the Pokemon reaches level 71, and from that point on there's a 10% chance of that Pokemon Picking Up a Dawnstone. That helps and explains why I am only picking up revives, ultra balls and escape ropes. My linoone is a level 50. I need to get training! Thanks again to all for the good information. That is why I love this place. Everyone is so helpful.

Update - My level 52 Linoone came through. Using her pick up ability I just got another dawn stone. Now I will be able to evolve both into Frosslass and Gallade. I would not have even thought of going after more stones were it not for the great information given by all. Thanks again!

Why on earth was this thread revived? I have 6 level 100 Meowths who do the Pick Up for me, but I don't see the need to post about it in an old thread. Slizer, your question was already answered by Buzz in page 2. Cowmoo, the help was appreciated, but again with the redundancy. I am closing this thread.
