How about a Muk/Wailord crossbreed?
That for sure is difficult. At least I cannot imagine what it would look like.

Venasaur(Plant thing on back only)
Muk(body shape only)
Moltres(wings only)
Mewtwo(head)
The rest u could mix and match lol
