Well it’s spring here in the upper half of the world and the plant pokemon are growing and blooming, so I picked an especially nasty breed I have in my garden. These aren’t the gentle budews of eternal forest that absorb a little HP and wilt away. These are mean prickly flowers bred for high special attacks (Modest, +Sp Att, -Att). With a lot of care and love and some well placed shiny stones these Budews will grow in beautiful Roserades packing one of the higher Sp Attacks in the game.
Giga Drain (Grass STAB, Power 60, Acc 100):
If spring allergies have you feeling drained, it might be these guys sucking away at your Hp and gaining Hp for themselves. They’ll play havoc with your water, ground or rock pokemon.
Sludge Bomb (Poison STAB, Power 90 Acc 100, 30% of poisoning foe):
Itchy, watery eyes? My friend you were probably hit by a sludge bomb. This enables your Roserades to switch into and break opposing leech seeds and counter those plant pokemon with a super effective move.
Extrasensory (Physic, Power 80, Acc 100):
Do you have sinus headaches? It might be an extrasensory attack that allows these pokemon to switch into opposing fighting types receive a less that effective attack and counter with a super effective one of their own. Also a good move against other poison type pokemon.
Shadow Ball (Ghost, Power 80, Acc 100, 20% of lowering foes Sp Def):
Are you waking up congested in the mornings? It’s probably because a shadow ball got to you last night. This is a counter for those pesky physic pokemon who think they can switch a into battle and counter these poisonous plant pokemon.
These Budews have an ability of Natural Cure removing any status condition once they are removed from battle (handy if you accidentally poison one of those pesky synchronizing pokemon):

These pokemon have the ability of Poison Point, so if opposing pokemon attack their lower Defensive stat with physical attacks they run a 30% risk of getting poisoned by their thorns:
