No.
They can learn new moves but only if there is an open slot.

But aren't old moves replaced with new ones if the Pokemon reaches that level?

Really? Becuase I think when I left my Ambipom in the daycare, she learned Double Hit, then forgot it, so I had to go get her to remember it.

They do learn new moves.
I always have to make a note of what moves pokemon learn at each level if I'm gonna breed them.
But if you put a move you dont want them to keep in the first slot, that will be the move that gets replaced. :3
That's what seems to happen for me at least.
But it might not be the case.
Don't hate me if it doesn't work :'(

I was just having visions of people trying it then hating me cuz they ruined their pokemon because of what I said x)
