The basic Sub Seeder set, the idea is to seed something, set up a sub, and recover HP while you're sapping theirs, you can also fire away Focus Punch while behind the sub, since you don't have to fear flinching.

This set utilizes Spore, to almost assure you get a sub up, afterwards you can proceed to pummel you're opponent with Focus Punch. The last move is really up to you. Seed Bomb is a second STAB and destroys Swampert and takes a chunk out of Donphan, Stone Edge handles the flying types you will inevitably draw, and takes a chunk out of Bulky Gyarados, Thunder Punch (is only viable with effect spore), will destroy Gyarados and heard other flyers, and Facade feeds of the self Toxic infliction with the poison heal ability.

Not normally for most flyers. When I used my breloom, I always baton passed it speed, which made outspeeding flyers more realistic.

Yep, since some of the most common switching's are flying types *coughGyaradoscough*>.>
