King's Rock
Just some information on the King's Rock item. Most people consider this item to be a HAX item since it adds 10% chance to flinch your opponents when attacking. Well, what some people don't know is that King's RockKing's Rock it does not give you the ability to cause a Burn and flinch 10% of the time.
So trainers that use Togekiss as your FlinchHax, I bet 90% of trainers I battled have use King's Rock.
So with Air Slash and Serene Grace you have 60% chance to flinch your opponent. Most people hold a King's Rock thinking if the 60% chance does not work, you still have a 10% item chance. This is not true and if you wish to have the bonus flinch incase Serene Grace and Air Slash does not work, you would need to use a Razor Fang. only gives 10% chance to flinch your opponent only when the move you are using does not have a secondary effect. Flame Thrower has a 10% chance to cause a Burn, but if you are holding a
