Breeding with Ditto

Can moves be passed down when you're breeding with ditto?

If it is a male your breeding with Ditto and it has TMs or already knows an egg move I believe they will pass down, but I think level up moves will not. Not 100% sure, just going from memory.

if u breed a male pokemon with ditto, then any TM moves or egg moves that the male pokemon knows will be passed on to the hatched poke
