You really don't need to say no AR Pokémon. It is a forum rule and choice by many here. Saying no AR usually draws negative attention.

Bit short notice for a tournament. Tournaments during the week also usually tend to not have many participants. Also badges would have to go in the winners signature since badges for tournaments must be cleared with the site owner.

Only people with teams ready can battle, and i mean like ines which were prepared before the touyrnament. Maybe you should give people more time =)
