How do i evolve happiny? i still don't get it. If anyone knows, please post here!

Make it like you alot (not sure how much, sorry). Then, GIVE it an Oval Stone (don't use it on it, make it hold it). Then, level it up whilst it holds the Oval Stone. It should then evolve to Chansey. :D
