Suggestion on formatting this - Maybe list each gym seperately with the chronological list of gym leaders and any typing changes they made?

That would make it flow a little bit better - I would do it myself, but There was a huge gap in my activity so I'm not sure who did what and when.

I agree. Lets see if we can put together a good list of lineages for each gym and then combine it into a large post that can be stickied.

From what I understand the Forest Gym's history works something like this:

Cyndaman - Founder (Grass/Poison, then Grass/Dark)
WestCoastNinja - (Grass/Flying)
Master - (Grass/Poison)
Jhamin - Current Gym Leader (Grass/Rock)

There have been no Forest Assistants that I am aware of. I took over the Gym April 5 2008 but don't have dates for my predacessors.

Gemini Gym is a lot easer :):

Jhamin - Founder (No Special Typing)

There has not been a Gemini Assistant. It opened May 27th 2008

Clydae -original gym leader (Fighting/Dark)
Razorbeam - chosen by vote of gym leaders (Fighting/Flying)
Flippy - assistant and promoted to gym leader (Fighting/Fire)
Razorbeam - took back leadership after Flippy quits ( Fighting/Fire)
Belnumcree - taken as next assistant but got promoted to Boulder Gym leader immediately
Nana Nettie - my current and most trusted assistant.

For the icicle gym I know that Soron's typing was Ice/Dragon and I was her assistant and then I was gym leader and I changed to Ice/Dark and juaco was my assistant, and now Fathergoblin is gym leader and it's still Ice/Dark and I don't think he has an assistant.
