Noctem's Special Bagon

[Babael]

Bagon is one of the few pokemon that share the Dragon typing. It has the potential to evolve into Salamence, one of the most versatile sweepers in the game. However the Bagon I have today are modest, which means when they will evolve into the fearsome Specsmence. With a beastly base special attack stat of 110 coupled with the choice specs and you'll put a serious dent in any pokemon not named Blissey. So the Bagon I'm offering have a modest nature with max special attack and speed IVs. That means at level 100 these guys will have a beastly special attack of 350 and speed of 299, giving them optimal sweeping potential. Now onto the moveset:


Dragon Pulse: A basic STAB attack with a power or 90. It'll be one of your main attacks

Hydro Pump: Takes care of those Bulky ground and Rock types without a problem.


Flamethrower: To easily dispatch those pesky steel types like Bronzong and Skarmory.


Draco Meteor: The strongest of the dragon type attacks, with a base power of 120, this attack is sure to cause a lot of pain.

Rules:
Only one pokemon per person
Do not trade me eggs
If you want it nick named, be sure to include it in your post
I will only hold pokemon up to 3 days, if you can't pick it up by then I'll give it to the next person in line


While it's not required Heart Scales, Rare Candy, or random tms are very appreciated.

Draco Meteor cannot be bred into any pokemon. It has to be taught to dragon pokemon via Move tutor when their happiness is maxed out. Are you ready to trade now, I already have all of the pokemon your offering anyway.
