feebas into milotic on emerald

ok what are some good berries to turn into pokeblocks on pokemon emerald
and where do you find them. i am trying to get a milotic.

but i just cant find a feebas!:mad:

Pamtre is the best and of the easily accessed berries. Make sure it has a nature that is not adverse to dry berries. Since there is a limit to the number of berries that you can feed your feebas I stay away from pokeblocks made with Low Number berries. In emerald, the berry master comes to town every so often. Take advantage of this and make sure you have lots of berries for when he comes because all his pokeblocks will be High level. He will use Pamtre berries if you use cornn berries which are faster to grow.

I remember feebas hides in just one to eight squares in the water of the river along route 119 which are random. I would recomend fishing in every square 6-8 times using your Super Rod.

does that mean that i should use a super rod instead of a good rod?

To get a Pamtre berry in ruby, sapphire and emerald go to the berry master's wife and when she asks for a saying tell her "Challenge Contest". In leaf-green and fire-red you can get them from a pokemon with the pick up ability.
