Help on Red Rescue Team

Okay so I resently got RRT for GBA because it was on sale....anyway, I need help getting past Moltres. I am a Bulbasuar at lv 26 (I think) and I have a partner of Charmander at about that same level. How should I go about beating him? Any suggestions?

lots of reviver seeds. and some sleep seeds (for moltres)might help two.

i believe that you get them where the monkeys are...i think, not 100% sure though...
