The idea behind these pokemon is to assist in the capture of wild pokemon - I have not given them competitive movesets because my goal with this breed was to create pokemon that would assist with chaining.
From my original 'Mean Looking Ralts' farm event
I'm relatively new to the art of chaining, but I've learned that apart from patience and luck, it takes several good pokemon team-members too.
You need a main attacker, a false swiper (preferably with a non-deadly status-inducing move) and you might also want a synchronizer.
Well.. today I present you with: Mean-Looking Ralts.
These Ralts are incomplete. My intention is for them to become Gallades so that their chaining training can be completed.
Moveset:
Mean Look (prevents escape)
Hypnosis (puts pokemon to sleep)
Shadow Ball (filled up a move slot)
Growl (you can replace this later)
I don't intend for these ralts to be competitive fighters!
These ralts are all male and will come with a dawn stone attached, because I want them to be Gallades.
When they are Gallades, you can either teach False Swipe by TM or by levelling up (Gallade learns false swipe at level 45)
Then, you will have a choice for the 4th move.
Gallade can also learn Cut - a move with 30PP by default. Chaining, however requires you to reach 40 KOs. But, I have the solution: Use 3 PP Ups and your Cut will be at 48 - enough to get your chain to top level. This is a great move for chaining low-level pokemon, I've used it myself on several successful occasions.
I have the following male ralts to offer:
*the 'S' refers to ability 'Synchronize'; 'T' refers to the ability 'Trace'
S1 (Serious; Likes to run) ---> Gupta traded to DragoniteTrainer
S2 (Gentle; Quick to flee) ---> CheeseBall traded to aaron
S3 (Mild; Loves to eat) ---> Boyd traded to catcatcat
S4 (Timid; Somewhat stubborn)
S5 (Timid; Hates to lose)
S6 (Impish; Somewhat vain) ---> Gladiator traded to Trombones13
S7 (Hasty; Strong willed) ---> TaniRules traded to shum1x (great name but if your chains fail, it isn't my fault, I warned you that luck is needed!)
S8 (Lonely; Likes to thrash about) ---> GALLADE traded to Gouswer
S9 (Lax; Good endurance) ---> Traded to ninjamage063
S10 (Docile; Quick to flee)
S11 (Careful; Proud of its power) ---> Bostitch traded to Narnad
S12 (Brave; Hates to lose) ---> Tyson traded to revelp8
S13 (Calm; Alert to sounds)
S14 (Bashful; Somewhat vain) ---> Tarsal traded to Helen
S15 (Hardy; Strongly defiant) ---> Bluto traded to trudyl33
S16 (Modest; Somewhat vain) ---> Chainsaw traded to NikolaTesla
T1 (Bashful; Somewhat vain)
T2 (Sassy; Often dozes off)
T3 (Serious; Hates to lose)
T4 (Quiet; Hates to lose)
T5 (Bold; Somewhat stubborn)
T6 (Hasty; Somewhat vain) ---> GALLADE traded to Junee
T7 (Naive; Hates to lose)
T8 (Hardy; Good endurance)
T9 (Mild; Often scatters things)
T10 (Quirky; Hates to lose) ---> Psyche traded to Seaer
T11 (Impish; Hates to lose)
T12 (Serious; Mischievous)
T13 (Adamant; Hates to lose) ---> Catcha traded to N0t2f34r

T15 (Quiet; Hates to lose)
T16 (Mild; Somewhat vain)
T17 (Impish; Good endurance) ---> T17 traded to Dinizu
T18 (Brave; Somewhat vain) ---> GALLADE traded to wongerman
Regarding Synchronize:
Pokemon with Synchronize as an ability are also useful for catching wild pokemon. If you have a synchronizer at the head of your party, the wild pokemon will have a 50% chance of having the same nature. I have a limited number of female ralts with the ability 'Synchronize' up for adoption.
Natures:
Timid ( Loves to eat) 'Likes to relax' traded to Taylor16
Docile (Somewhat vain) 'Likes to relax' Tani traded to Momtaro
Modest x2 'Strong willed' traded to Babael;'Quick Tempered' traded to saske9090
Calm (Somewhat vain) ---> Redeemer traded to TribalDan
Quirky (Quick tempered)
Rash (Strongly defiant) ---> Traded to nickgamer10
