You can also get massages in Veilstone City.

If a pokemon in your party has over ten ribbons, then you have entrance to the Ribbon Syndacant where you can buy more ribbons for it, they're expensive though, on the second floor you can get massages of better quality than those of Veilstone City. To get the ribbons I suggest visiting Julia in Sunny Shore City.

I have 7 ribbons on my Torterra so far. But if one pokemon has all the ribbons, can a different pokemon get the massage?
