These pokemon are event only pokemon with a limited release. They all come in regular pokéballs unless noted. As far as I know, these are the only legit trainer and ID numbers. Pokemon with Classic Ribbons cannot be obtained through the GTS.

So it is possible to have a Darkrai caught at level 50 in a different ball with an original trainer ID Number.

So it is possible to have a Shaymin caught at level 30 in a different ball with an original trainer ID Number.
Mew ミュウ
Mew can only be caught at Faraway Island in the Emerald game. To get there you need an Old Sea Chart obtained at a Nintendo event. There have been no Nintendo events that gave this away outside of Pokémon Festa in Japan in 2005. So it is possible to have a Japanese Mew caught at level 30 in a different ball, from Hoenn with an original trainer ID Number.
