Yes, Yes, Nana is sharing the blame if I'm getting in trouble for this lol. Anyway, this thread is to help you EV trainers, you who wonder where it would be best to train a certain pokemon? Well here you go! =3 if you like your HP and Attack choose Route 216! Like Attack, Speed and Defense? Go for victory road! You want a place where all of the stats are!? Goto route 224!

Route 216: Night, near the entrance of Mt.Coronet
EV List:
2 HP EVs: Noctowl (10%) and Clefairy (15%)
1 Attack EV: Snover (25%)
2 Attack EVs: Machoke (20%)
1 Speed EV: Sneasel (25%)
2 Def EVs: Graveler (10%)

Reasoning:
Ideal for Lapras (HP) and Mamoswine (Atk) Due to Noctowl you'd want an Ice Pokemon. So Lapras is good for that. the only reason why it's not a good idea is the stinky Sneasel, they give low EVs and they have a x0.5 Strength against the Ice element. This place is also useful because it is 69 steps away from a bed and if you're running low on pokemon there are few grass patches!

Victory Road
EV List:
2 Atk EVs: Machoke (25%)
2 Def EVs: Graveler (20%) and Steelix (10%)
2 Spd EVs: Golbat (20%) OR 100% on B1F using surf.

Reasoning:
All you really need to do is fly to the pokemon league (red dot) and use surf and waterfall to get down there and you just need to enter Victory road and just walk in a little area. Plus it's 24 steps away from the pokemon league where you can stock up on full restores, heal your pokemon and even change out pokemon from your box. this is a rather good place for Physicall stats.

Route 224
[b]EV List:[/n]
2 Sp.Atk: Gloom (5%) Roselia (20%) Beautifly (5%) Which ammounts to 30%
2 Sp.Def: Tenticruel (35% Surfing)
2 Spd EVs: Floatzel (20%)
2 Def EVs: Pelipper (65% Surfing)
2 Atk EVs: Gyrados (60% Super Rod)
2 HP EVs: Gastrodon (30%)

Reasoning:
One of the few routes with Sp.Atk and Sp.Def EVs, it also Covers all of the Stats, Sp Def and Reg def for Surfing, Attack EVs for using super rod. Walking around for Speed, Sp.Atk and HP Evs, it's a great area, that's why it was hidden and not really required. All Pokemon here are around level 50 so make sure you're strong! Eventhough most pokemon have maxed EVs before 50..this is for the people who just run Up and Down Solaceon town for their pokemon in the Daycare. Anywho, there's also a Max PP located here, making it a nice spot to go treasure hunting =3

Just a thought, the best place to train for sp. Attack I've found is the Old Chateau, because if you have any GBA game in the lower slot, you can find gastly(1 EV), haunter (2 EVs) and gengar(3 EV's) in the 2nd room from the right in the upstairs hallway.
