well, seeing that I have to use my pearl cart to start on my team, I have to make do with whats available, which isn't as much as my diamond :sad:

I don't have many items/TMs/heart scales, so please bear with me of what i can make do

I plan on running a dual weather team

For a lead, put it Focus Sash, instead of Def, invest those EV's in HP. and instead of Aqua Jet put in Waterfall, since your prolly fast enough to outrun everything why that? lol.

Replace the berry with leftovers. Replace Mirror Coat with Hypnosis and Toxic with Recover. Also make it Bold. and make it's EV's

If you want Gyro Ball and Explosion to do better, make it either Impish, Sassy, or Relaxed. For EV's, make it
