Tri-Regi Annoyences

Hi. I've been trying to suck everythin possible out of Emerald before I restart the game, for I loved it so, and I have been able to do everthing BUT get the 3 regis. The problem isn't the puzzle, cause I have Wailord and Relicanth, but finding the actual puzzle place is driving me crazy. The only way to get to the place where the puzzle is, is to go through those currents between Slateport and Pacifidilog (spelling error).

Can anyone tell me, or give a map on how to get through the currents to the regi place? I spent an entire night trying to get the right place, seriously. Thank you much.

I'll try.....I always stay close to the bottom (not the very bottom), and as you go you'll see it, if you miss it, fly back and try to adjust it ;)

It's a little pool with a dive spot :)

Aren't they in three different caves?

Yep, but that's the first one you need to open the others :)
