Need help with the super contest

An hour or so I got the Milotic I trade for with a blue scarf.
That scarf got me thinking about trying for another star on my trainers card
by getting a master beauty ribbon on the Milotic.
But I cant seem to do it, I was wondering if anyone could help me.

The moves are:
Water Pulse
Surf
Hail
Blizzard

1) You'd have to feed it really good poffins. Remember, high level and low feel.

2) Buy accessories in Floaroma! They really help in the Visual part.

3) Practice makes perfect for the Dance section.

4) Teach your pokemon good contest moves and form good combos for the Acting part. Sometimes moves that aren't best in the battlefield do pretty well in the contest hall.

5) Lady luck. Pray that she smiles on you, because you'll never know if picking the same judge as someone else is a good thing or not.

A couple more things... I find it easier to make good pokeblocks, so I just migrate my contest pokemon after I've fed them in Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald. Another thing. Don't fuss about what your pokemon will look like in the Visual part. You won't have the time. Just make sure your accessories match the theme and put in the max amount of accessories possible. And finally, if you compete enough, you might notice the pattern your opponents will go by.

and use unusual moves, like sheer cold, or moves that allow more ways of gaining voltage.

Get lots of accessories, like trading berries for the rare ones in floroma town.

I should have known about the practice part, but after I tried I was felling depressed. (with is a sure sign that I am getting to hung up on the game)
I think that the milotic was evolvied in Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald

try and try again! and don't give up!
i have spent the last 48 hours playign master rank cool (with my pidgey) and despite losing the first 14 times (no kidding) i persisted and eventually won by pure luck (the comptuers made a lot of dancing mistakes)
did anyone else notice the gym leaders in the master contests? fantina from hoenn, and jasmine from ruby/sapp/em?
tip for the acting part: try and be unpredictable in choosing judges if you can.. the 3 comptuers often team up to help one of their pokes win, and if you're predictable, a drimblim will use explosion (15 hearts if you all pick the same judge) and then the other 2 comps will copy it's judge to increase its chances >>><<< very frustrating!
