Personally I run one with the Iron Fist ability which boosts the power of any move with the word punch in it.

Personally i love Hitmonchan in UU. I prefer Iron Fist because of the 20% boost all punch moves get... However my set slightly differs from Belns

errr a basic Sub punch set here. Switch in on a poke, force a switch so u can set up substitue then smash pokes with a powered up focus punch. With iron fists ability Focus Punch has a bp of 180 and not many pokes in UU can resist it well (excluded from ghost types of course.)

I have always run Agilichan over anything else. If you can get it off, It can get alot of stuff in OU and UU

It'll take loads out of the dragons, and Electric Types. Only problem with this thing in OU is that Ghost types in OU can easily shrug it off. In UU, Rotom is your friend. Chans good special Defence can allow it to take hits, although trick rotom will easily mess it up

bullet punch for those nasty ghosts, great with SR support. rest is self explanatory
