I loved torkoal in my gym team. I'd replace flamethrower with over heat and sludge bomb with stealth rock. This guy can barely deal damage. He is best as a switch in. I had replaced explosion with solar beam so not worth it.

Use night slash instead of bite for more power. Shadow ball is not needed because night slash covers the ghosts anyway and makes better use of the jolly nature. Like Nikkola said, you can use quick attack but I think slash would be a better and more powerful option considering that Persian is fast as it is. With the technician ability that's going to do some serious damage and provide STAB (I'm pretty sure technician helps moves with 70 bp or less. Correct me if I'm wrong ^^')

I changed to these moves because I think this makes better use of the lightball on pikachu. Grass knot/HP ice will cover all weaknesses. Timid nature to benefit the special attacker set.

Mind reader to allow hypnosis to hit dead on and for giving hydropump 100% accuracy as well. This will also benefit mud bomb hitting those pesky electric types with dead on aim. Might also get that 30% accuracy reduction on your opponents. Or use HP ground if you have the patience for it and want more power without relying on mind reader.

Good set here. I would recommend water pulse to take care of the rock and fire weakness. For greater effectiveness, HP ground will take care of the steel weakness as well and provide more power ;)

Don't need sludge bomb if you already have toxic on Persian. Stealth rock will work nicely here. Either use fireblast or overheat for more power because this is mostly a defensive set
