Question about Emerald and Pal Park

Okay, so my Emerald died right *the game has been deleted due to corruption blahblah* Anyways that happened ages ago so I've already had my little hissy fit about that. But I've never really gone more than halfway through the game again because it just dies. My question *finally* is if I can make it work for long enough will I be able to transfer pokemonthrough Pal Park? Well yeah. I'm going to try tonight so I guess I'll be answering my own question but if anyones been in the same situation. Man my sentences make no sense these days :D

Yes, you can use it to Pal Park.

yes you can use it on pal park at any point, to get the starters i just started a new game on emerald and caught some pidgeys (or whatever the noob pokes are i forget :P)

so it doesnt matter how long u play it, as long as the game works u can use pal park

Yeah...but Emerald always dies before I get the chance to catch 6 pokemon to transfer. Meh I'll survive
