How sad that Vowl would only trade you a magby or Elekid for something rare.
I'll give you the Elekid that Pokefarmer Bryguy gave me. it is nicknamed Ben and have a Fantastic Moveset. i got it for free so, i'll give it to you for free. however, i would appreciate receiving any items you can donate like rare candy or tms.
