Leaf Storm or Wood Hammer

I was just wondering if I could get an opinion on
whether to teach my torterra Leaf Storm, Wood Hammer, Frenzy Plant, oe any combination of the three.

Here's the stats:

Frenzy Plant
Power. 150
Acc. 90
PP. 5
Effects. Lose a turn

Wood Hammer
Power. 120
Acc. 100
PP. 15
Effects. Take recoil

Leaf Storm
Power. 140
Acc. 90
PP. 5
Effects. Lowers special attack by 2


Also, is giga drain a good idea or will it leave me hurting in the long-run?

i would say wood hammer cause losing a turn will hurt you and lowering your spe attack will hurt you in the long run. plus torterra has alot of hp so taking recoil isnt that bad

it is true that torterra is one of the highest ranked hp wise

Torterra's lowest stat is Sp. Attack besides speed, I'd say a combination of Frenzy plant and Wood hammer, as his attack is the highest.

Well, even if Frenzy Plant is special.

tough choice. depends on what stat are high. if Attack, i'd take Wood Hammer.
if Sp. Atk, prefer Frenzy Plant than Leaf storm since you dont want to lower your stats.

You also said about Giga Drain, so using wood hammer and then giga drain would solve some of the hp lose during wood hammer. I don't do well with move-sets. Most of my Pokemon have hit hard ask questions after I lose move-sets.
