A Shieldon, and that's alright. The only things I can really get you at the moment are Spinda, Poochyena, Vulpix, Aron, Slowpoke, Gible and Mankey. But I have to be quick.

Like I mentioned in the post regarding Deoxys, doing a specific person-to-person trade like this through the GTS is very risky. If someone else sees it before you and they have whatever it is that's being asked for, they can get it and you're out of luck. I highly recommend sticking with the wifi, even if it's acting up. That way, the trade might be delayed, but at least you know that you will definitely be getting it!
