EPFL Season 2 Sign-Up

Please reply to this thread with your intention to sign up. At this time I am limiting it to 16 players, if there is more demand, I will open it up further.

Keep in mind this will be a multi-week tournament (The last one lasted approximately 8 weeks before the top 4 was determined) and sign up only if you'll be able to complete the tournament.

You can expect to have 1-2 matches per week, depending on how fast rounds are able to be completed - I'll post the new matches as soon as all results are in from the prior round.

I understand that the EPFL extends for several weeks, and I understand the penalties if I do not meet the requirements. If I must drop out, I will do so before the season begins (however, I know I'll have enough Pokemon to do it this time, so I should be OK).

Last time it was lvl 100, and the matches (Because they are best 2 of 3 battles) sometimes took quite a while and overall it hampered the ability to get some of the battles done in time for the next round. I'm hoping to aleviate that with lvl 50 battles this time. Hopefully with the best 2 of 3 during the matches less will depend on luck, and more on strategy.

I'd prefer just 1 lvl 100 match over 2-3 lvl 50 matches. After you know your opponents team the quality of some strategies are significantly lowered.

well a few people did say they might not be able to participate. and we did have switch ins the first season. but that's all up to whit and i don't wanna raise up your hopes and then dash them later on :oops:
