C.W.A. Stables' Gimme Aipom

Gimme Aipom


Finally making my way back from my vacation and ending my dry spell of no events, we here at the C.W.A. Stables bring you one of our finest Pokémon bred to date. One day while teaching my stable lad Caden the basics of battling, he brought in one of his Ambipoms. Now Caden is known for taking Pokémon I have bred for him and changing move-sets without mentioning he has done so. Usually removing any egg moves I bred in. Well during this battle I was shocked. First he caught me with Fake Out. Surprised he remembered to use it first this time, but even more surprised he did not remove the egg move from this Ambipom like he did the previous 5.

So after I was done brow beating about the quick flinch, I thought fine I now have you with Close Combat. Well no I did not, he Protected. I thought that was cool he was just get a leftover boost to get back some of his Stealth Rock damage. So now I thought he saw me use Close Combat he has to be switching. Um no he didn't, he went ahead and hit me with a Life Orb'd Last Resort and fainted me. I was a bit upset thinking um 2 moves and then Last Resort? That can't be right. Well he took out 2 more Pokés with a STABBED Life Orb'd Last Resort Ambipom.

Upon inspection I found that after my some evolved into Ambipom he had the move deleter remove Double Hit.

So it is out of this move-set that I bring you Caden's first event, Gimme Aipom.

I am putting on the finishing touches, so I will not be posting how many, natures, IVs, and abilities of our Aipoms yet.

To use the move-set correctly, you use Double Hit to evolve into Ambipom and then have the Move Deleter remove all the moves but Fake Out and Last Resort. Thief is there for those that take a Pick Up Aipom. You can however add Substitute or Protect to the move-set, the goal however is to use Fake Out, which auto flinches your opponent and also breaks and Focus Sash. Then you can use Last Resort for big damage. Last Resort can only be used once all other moves have been used atleast once.

I know the bulk of the Aipoms are Jolly. I also know a lot of them should have atleast 31 IVs in SPD and ATK. I have to IV test before I can give them out.

O.K. this is by far the saddest batch of Pokémon I ever bred. The IVs did not jell well.

I was thinking of going 1 more round and see if the results are better.

Although I hate to make people wait so I will post the IVs of what I have and you can pick from that if you see one you like.
