Doing a specific trade like this through GTS is a bad idea. Once the Deoxys is listed anyone can see it, and if someone else gets to it before you do, Chikorita, then it's gone and you're out of luck. You'd be better off just trying the wifi over and over until it works. Chikorita, I wish you luck in getting the Deoxys!

Nuts, that's too bad, someone else might've gotten it...out of curiosity I'm going to check for it, It could possibly still be there - a trade for a level 100 Lucario is hard enough where I doubt it'd disappear right away, but you never know...since most shinies on there are listed for impossible level 9 and under Mews, if someone saw one listed for the Lucario they might've snapped it up. With any luck Darking still has it, or is able to get it back for you...let me check real quick GTS real quick...

Yeah, i didn't see it either....hopefully Darking will come back on soon and you can ask him what happened. I know this doesn't help, but at least now you know not to let someone post it on GTS if you're trying to get it. I hope you still get it though! Shiny Deoxys is rather cool looking!...not to mention the rarity...

In the meantime, though, I'd say keep checking the GTS, it's also possible that it's just not being displayed at the moment. The GTS can only show at most 7 posted trades at one time, so it's possible that your trade is one that's not currently being displayed, in which case once some of the current trades disappear it could still show up. It all depends on how many posted Deoxys there are. it's too bad that GTS doesn't have an option to ask for a specific level, or at the very least a specific level range (in this case something like all Deoxys between levels 30 and 40). Something like that would save a LOT of time and headaches!!

Darking, if I were you, i'd immediately pull the Deoxys from the GTS, if you want to make sure that Chikorita gets it. Otherwise, if you leave it, there's a chance someone else will wind up with it and you'll be leaving Chikorita high and dry, which really isn't fair to him, you know? Otherwise, if you're planning on leaving it there, then you need to start telling people that you'll be posting it, so they don't sit there thinking they'll be getting something that they probably won't get.
