It had been about a year since I left, but there was nothing left for me in Sinnoh. Returning to Jhoto was the only thing that made sense so I made my way back to Blackthorn City to find my old life - if anything remained of it.
My childhood friends were still off on their journeys and my family home was just too cramped for my style. It just felt a bit too awkward to be back in that house. I finally managed to find a nice piece of land that would suit my needs just fine. Lots of wild pokemon were in the area for training, so that wouldn't be a problem. The buildings on the property were in fairly good shape, and would be able to be modified to accommodate the gym battles and my breeding endeavors.
I vowed to be different than the other farms that were springing up all over the place, and while it took more work than some others were willing to put in, my production wasn't near what they could crank out in the same period of time. ~ Quality over Quantity, right?
Precious was a great help in getting everything set up, she's been a great companion ever since she was a lil Poliwag. Most poliwag trainers used water stones to evolve them into a Poliwrath, and I had hoped to too, but during one of our battles with a mischievous shinx she fell on a King's Rock while trying to use an ice beam and boom - I had a Politoed! She's been invaluable in my journeys since then.
I'm sorry - I'm getting a bit off track here - There is a library that is close by which has captured my interest. I've always had a thirst for knowledge, but never really got anyone else involved before now. I decided that I would make my customers pass a little test in order to get my primo breeds! I mean why not, when all the training is done for them, right?
I've bored you enough already, so without further ado, I present to you my Trivial Ranch! Look forward to events of rare and EV Trained pokemon who will know the moves you'd expect from a great battling poke!
