I was wondering if it was possible to get a Legendary dog with good IV's from FR/LG. I recently found out of the glitch after finding out that my Suicune's IV's were 11/3/1/1/1/1 -_-. So, do you any of you know if it's possible to get one?

I read somewhere that the IVs and nature were set once you picked the starter.

dunno where i can backup that, but so far, its all crummy news about it anyways.

I know that the legendary poke itself is determined by the starter you pick.

But as far as IVs and Natures are concerned, I really have no idea.

Well, I keep reading everywhere that there is a glitch in FR/LG that automatically makes your leggie dog suckish =P

Yeah - the explanation I saw said that everything was set when you picked your starter - nature, iv's etc...

ontop of that, there was a 'mistake' in the programming which gives them all horrible IV's in everything except for HP...

Best thing is to play through colloseum...no idea about soft resetting there as I've never played it...

You can SR the dogs in colosseum, its a pain though D:

I tried soft resetting the dogs in leaf green and I can confirm everything is set in stone on them. :mad:

I don't know what you're talking about, that sounds like one crazy beastly suicune, if you don't want it, I'll take it. :cool: XD

i got all my dogs from Colosseum i'm trying to get the entei but i think it's teasing me as well :(

yeah i heard of that glitch... but you know what else is dumb???

my dog roared me away and i saved after that... it never returned.... that has to be my least favorite glitch:(

It is random where they appear. It has taken me anywhere form 10 minutes to 3 hours to catch them.

Very very eventually, sometimes....I've played through LG three times to get 'em all, and it's taken me an average of two weeks (playing at least a couple hours a night) to just FIND the darn things so I can chuck that Master Ball at them.

I have not been so dedicated with this last game of LG, so I have been looking for Entei on and off for at least a month now. >_< My championship for a Marking Map! :(

Check the pokedex for a location. It is a real pain scrolling all the way down to the legendary dogs, but it is still the best way to find them.

after i was roared he no longer shows a location... says area unknown

no, no, no, he roared me away... he fainted my gobat and then roard... i was out of revives and potions... so i saved and would try to find him the next day... to my surprise.... area unknown in the dex:(

i should have used my masterball... i used it on mewtwo... i didnt know they had the dogs in the remakes:(

It doesn't show you a location until you've seen it once. After that you can track it....but if I could just see Entei once, he'd be Masterballed!
