Win the Shiny Dream!!

As most of you know , i posted a thread earlier asking, if you could pick a shiny pokemon what would it be? Well now you have the chance to win that shiny Pokemon. I will be holding a tournament for all those that have already posted in my previous post ( http://forum.pokefarm.com/showthread.php?t=9927 ). To be entered just post a request here!! I will leave my other post open for 1 MORE DAY, before closing it!!!!

After I have the names of all the contestants, i will put everybody's name in a hat and pick out the pairs that will be battling each other!! The Tournament will run for 1 month, after that I will need a week to collect the requested shiny before i trade them away to the winner!!!

The winners will get to choose which shiny pokemon they want!!!

First Place: 3 SHINY Pokemon
Second Place: 2 SHINY Pokemon
Third Place: 1 SHINY Pokemon
Fourth Place: ????? Still haven't decided on prize

ok I've finally decided how to hold this tournament,I will be holding it exactly like the anime, the tournamnet will consist of three parts:

Preliminarily Rounds:

Trainers are grouped into groups of 3 or 4 depending on the total number of contestants. Battles are 3 pokemon vs 3 pokemon. Each trainer must battle all opponents in his group to accumulate points. Win = 3 points , Lose = 0 points , Draw = 1 Ponit. At the end of the rounds , one player from each group will advance to the semi-finals.

Semi-Finals:

Trainers will be randomly paired. Each trainer must defeat his opponent to advance to the finals. Battles will be 6 pokemon vs 6 pokemon. The last two players will move onto the finals.

Finals:

Same as Semi-Finals except two trainers will have a 6 vs 6 battle. Winner wins the Prize!!


RULES:


All Clauses from Gym battles apply
Trainers in the Preliminary Rounds are allowed to have a Little Battle, as long as both parties want to
Anyone who breaks the rules is immediately disqualified
ABSOLUTELY NO HACKS , If a trainer's pokemon is suspected of being a hack, a trade will be arranged to check the Pokemon's Legitimacy
Hacks will result in an immediate disqualification
Items may be used, provided they can be found in the game or obtained by event, HACKED items will result in a disqualification of the contestant
Legendaries and Ubers are NOT allowed
NO Self KO Clause

What happens if a D/C occurs? Would a rematch be called or would it count as a draw? Personally I feel that a rematch would be the most fair, and neither person would be allowed to change their starter, to stay as fair as possible.

Yea but its not fair if someone decides to d/c because their loosing, and then gets a rematch. Each case is different, i'll have to think about that one!!

Ok. I just want to know because unfortunately my wifi is not reliable...I get D/C's at least once every 3 battles. It is not my DS connection though, the internet throughout my whole house, even my computer, just shuts down for up to 10 minutes! :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Just a suggestion to make sure this thread doesn't become clogged. Post once you have beaten your opponents and then edit you 1st post with Total points. And description of the battles. That way you will only have 1 post per combatant and make keeping on top of this competition easier.

I won Vs Bonz (we had a match battle as in best 2 our of 3.)

1st one was 1-0 for me. (2 points for me)
Second was a disconnection error at 3-3(point for both)
3rd was a 2-0 for me. (2 points for me)

Note: I will edit this post with my battle vs SilverMartin, and maby the battle between SilverMartin and Bonz if they let me put the results.
