Froslass is a pokemon that is often over looked. With the traits of both ghost and Ice typing Froslass is limited to only one resistance, but she does get two useful immunities(Fighting/Normal). She also has the ability to lay down rows of spikes, as well as a blistering base speed of 110. What sets Froslass apart from other spikers is her ability to block the move Rapid Spin. So instead of having to carry an extra random ghost Froslass can fulfill both roles as a Spiker and a Spin Blocker. The Froslass I have for you today are Timid(Speed+, Attack-) and have max special attack IVs. I only have 9 of these lovely ghosts. Their move set is:
Spikes: She wouldn't be much of a Spiker without the move, lol. Lay down up to three layer to damage your opponent(and break Focus Sashes) upon entry to the battle field. It works beautifully when paired with Stealth Rock>
Ice Beam: A powerful STAB that may freeze your opponent. Blizzard can also be used instead if you're running this girl on a Hail team.
Shadow Ball: A secondary STAB that has a slight chance of lowering your foe's Sp Def.
Water Pulse: If you're expecting a fire type to switch in, this will serve as a nasty surprise, it can also confuse them if you're lucky.
