Did you look at the IV spread of the Pokemon I am offering? This is an OU Pokemon with a nearly perfect spread.

Well, not all competitive Pokemon are OU.

@Darkrai, I don't believe the IVs listed for that Electivire. There's not a chance you CAUGHT that Pokemon. You need to remove EVs before checking IVs.
