I have a UT Adamant Gamestop Deoxy with never melt ice, which is on your want list, as well as a male lvl 60 Yanmega with about 4 31s on it (I have like 6 of them though, I kept alot from my batch and just used it for breeding)

it has 252 speed 252 Special Attack and an effort ribbon. Moveset-wise it has ancient power (It was used for breeding, but I can replace it with Protect before the trade if you wish), bug buzz, air slash and HP Ice with a fairly high power.

If I were to trade the Deoxys, according to the list its worth 1 shiny, I'd like:

Adamant - Often Dozes off (2)

Just one of them, but thats what I'd like for the Deoxys

If you are going to take the Yanmega, which is EV trained, IVed, and with a superb HP Ice, is worth 2 shinys if the list is correct, in which case I'd like to have:

Voltorbs
Modest - 12/1/28/5/8/31

Electrike
M - Jolly - Often dozes off.
